Leicester is situated about 20 miles from East Midlands Airport and about 35 miles from Birmingham Airport.

BY RAIL

Leicester has a direct mainline connection with London and also enjoys direct connections to most key midlands cities as well as the new East Midlands Parkway connection for the East Midlands Airport.

Trains from London depart from St Pancreas International every 30 minutes throughout the day. The journey takes about 75 minutes.

BY ROAD

From the North via M1

At M1 junction 22, take the A511/A50 exit to Leicester/Coalville.

At the roundabout, take the first exit onto A50 heading to Leicester/Markfield/Groby.
Go through four roundabouts.
At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A563/Glenfrith Way.
Continue to follow A563.
Go through 5 roundabouts.
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Waterside Rd.

From the South via M1

At M1 junction 21a, exit onto A46.
Take the A6 exit toward Wanlip/Leicester/Loughboro'.
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A6/Loughborough Rd heading to Birstall/Leicester.
Continue to follow A6.
At Redhill Circle, take the 2nd exit onto the A563/Watermead Way ramp.
Merge onto A563/Watermead Way.
Continue to follow A563.
Go through one roundabout.
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Waterside Rd

From the East via A47

Head towards Leicester on the A47.
Turn right at A563/Colchester Rd.
Continue to follow A563.
Go through one roundabout.
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Waterside Rd.

From the West via M69

At end of M69 join M1 northbound at junction 21.
At junction 21a, exit onto A46.
Take the A6 exit toward Wanlip/Leicester/Loughboro'.
At the roundabout, take the third exit onto A6/Loughborough Rd heading to Birstall/Leicester.
Continue to follow A6.
At Redhill Circle, take the 2nd exit onto the A563/Watermead Way ramp.
Merge onto A563/Watermead Way.
Continue to follow A563.
Go through one roundabout.
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Waterside Rd.
